Donation Guidelines.

- Paypal transactions only.
- Donations are appreciated and accepted as a charity to support the cost to maintain the server and its primary project only.
- The Server does not solely rely on donations alone to run and maintain it and expenses frequently come out of pocket. All donations no matter how big or small are appreciated.
- You are not bound or forced to accept these Donations Gifts, they are completely "A Gift" and you may choose to decline them. Altering gifts will not be considered.
- There are no exchanges, refunds or obligations binding anyone on the THF Staff to any rules or policies attached to the Donations Gifts.
- At any time the THF Staff may decide to change, adjust, upgrade or any other term that might result in modifications of the visual or statistics of these Donator Gifts. These modification do not give you the right to refund or reimbursement, as your donation was strictly for donation purposes, not for an item - items are given as "a gift" to reward your donation.
- Packages listed are strictly enforced per amount of donation and not considered a retail value; basically a guideline to maintain a fair distribution and are subject to change at anytime without prior warning or reimbursement.
- Donations do not grant any type of ownership, verbal or written rights to the server or its project.
- The purpose of this donation is Player Appreciation for server support 100%.
- Donations are rewarded with Intangible Digital Items. These are Virtual Donation Gifts of Appreciation and are not considered in any way a Purchased Item, Goods or Service which excludes them from Paypal's buyer protection policy.
- All Donations accepted are considered "AS IS" and FINAL, 100% no refunds.
