Whole team ported out certainly because of two many adds while killing Rizlona.
Did not even see any warning message no corpse to be rezzed...no coh possible in zone, and everything repoped, this is evil. Is it a bug, or just Vaion's perverted mind

Wand of the Firestorm just disappeared after I did use the effect. Does not look like this is a 1 charge item, so I guess this is a bug.

Scroll of Order is no longer visible on PoA, and hence can't pick it anymore on the ground to finish the VP access quest.
Can this be fixed ?
