Spirit of Fail clicky feature claims it will affect the target, but it appears it only affects the person wearing it. I have tried several times, and it only gives me the buff.

Hey there. I currently have Kapersky antivirus software installed. I have told it to NOT run against the eqgame.exe file, but regardless load times are REALLY slow. If I pause Kapersky for one hour and load up EQ I am on and in "in a flash". If I don't pause it, it can take up to 3 minutes...
