Trakanon is not 24 hour respawn anymore, he was switched to 6 hours IIRC. I've had to wait for him a while, but it was never that bad. Usually by the time I find the King and Echo he has popped. It is 6 hours, hence "4 times a day." I'd say that it's because Solb/sebilis (55-70)/guk/karno...
