If you hunted in icewell before the changes, you will get KoS toward thurgandin faction so that could be the reason why. I had to bring my character that never killed anything (directly) in Icewell in order to buy it.

Like the poster above, I usually farm enough points to buy the desired item. I do combine the point farming with AA grind and some money grinding as well but its rare since its not the most efficient way to obtain them.

I would assume the kill quests like the previous quests needs to be on the mob's aggro list to get credit. It happened to me on my charm quest 7.0, the Epic 2.0 ToV kills as well. Same happened on Kael kill quest, and on Potactics some of my characters are way behind those who are doing the actual k...

Similar thing can happen to Vulak and his guardians. Sometimes they somehow get underwater and summon you down there. Unless you have a mage, when that happens you are pretty much screwed.

This is really nice. After got murdered by Xeru, was thinking on what to do to progress. Still need to take a visit on the Zek bosses in Potactics but I will definately move to Sol tower once I am done with VP. Since I never been to Sol Tower even back in live, very exited to see a new content (ish).
