Ok got it figured out. Found out that the ip's saved on my eqbcs.ini files on my comps were different so just had to change them to the same and load everyone up.

Ok I did a little checking and I think I found something. I run a hard wired router to run both comps on the net. I found that the ip addresses of both comps are different. Not sure that makes any difference.

Do I need to do that with windows xp?

If anyone has ideas feel free to send me a tell in game name is Puurk.

Well my firewall is turned off usually never have it on. As far as running as admin how do I do that?

I have the correct IP. I used my desktop to get everything started back before I quit but now i'm not sure what I have and/or don't have. I checked the mq2eqbc.ini file and it's the right ip address so i'm not sure what to do.

I'll start with the fact that i've been away from THF for a while now but I decided to come back and play again. I used to box 6 toons on 2 comps using MQ2 and EQBCS. Now everything is working on my laptop (It hasn't been touched so everything was still on it) but my desktop i've deleted some stuff ...
