Did not have any short duration buffs on.
I will try turn off all buffs on war to see if the error still happen.

My war / rogue got same problem while using disc. The error "Your spell did not take hold" will be come out and no disc effect is on but the timer.....

This problem seem random , i have try use defensive on my off combat / stand alone warrior but still got this problem.

I am too lazy to tracking level 9 mod for brewing level up

I know the recipe is fine as i have combine few Strange Fluid Essence for my powerful armor. But after the latest update, all tradeskill container will limitary display the recipe base on your skill level . Now the brewing container will only show up to 190 level recipe for me as my skill level only...

Missing Strange Fluid Essence on Brewing recipes on last server update.Strange Fluid Essence is used in recipe for Strange Metal Fluid and for Powerful armor craft.

Is it just removed or changed name?

you do not need put anything into forge , just search "Monk and Beast Fun" and combine.

I can access THF in my home network.
Will try again tomorrow at my office.
