Thanks for the response. It seems like this may have changed, as now there is a "Harm Touch" AA that is free in general now, and IHT is elsewhere and not free. Is Leech Touch on a different timer than HT/IHT and is it also effected by ToTW's cooldown reduction? Thanks again for your help.
