deleting the eqhost.ini file did not work at first, but after deleting all of titanium files, uninstalling titanium, searching my entire c drive for eqhost.ini files and deleting every one, then logging back in, the lag is gone.... it seems the solution is simply some of the eqhost.ini files ... so ...

i gave up on underfoot and am running titanium, during game play at any given time, any one of my characters will just disappear all together, no error message or anything, just gone, have to reload them completely, it has caused me to lose sever boss fights depending on which of my characters disap...
