Fear toys and Pet toys are both No Drop. If this is the reason they aren't getting equipped, and the stats aren't being applied, then I think we know the solution!

You can disregard my request, please. I'm not planning on ever needing to equip this staff, save to cast Mana Flare, so it's graphical appearance doesn't matter too much to me.

Maybe this happened before I came around to this server. What's the harm in having a Mana Flare item castable from inventory? Did it cause a bug in the past?

I don't see why it's any different that having any other item castable from inventory, really. Could you explain?

Just got this item last night.

Wanted to suggest a possible graphic change, please. It's current graphic is that of a Cracked Staff.

Other than that, everything looks great on it.

Indeed, and we're going on 2 weeks now of them not functioning at all. :( And I just got my VP pants with the best pet focus in game just last week! I'm itching to see how much more of a beast this makes my pet! Not to mention how I'm wanting to buy the Necro donator...but seeing as how it's effect ...
