Bumping this post. Same issue is back after the restart this morning. I've talked to a few mages and they have the same issue. My pet is usually 74, and is now 71. This is wearing class boots from ToV. The mages are wearing the same, and their pet is usually 77, now 74.

Beastlords on live didn't have to rely as much on their pet's damage to make ends meet DPS wise, that mainly had to do with buffs/discs that also affected your pet that made the pets extremely important. This buff doesn't seem to be working correctly after zoning. It's a proc buff for the BST's pet. Upon zoning, even having 70+ minutes on the duration, it doesn't proc anymore.
