I've noticed two things about the Frozen Faithbringer's Leggings clicky which seem to me to be problematic: 1) The clicky and spell are on the same timer. If I use the clicky, it doesn't grey-out the recast timer on the spell, but if you cast the spell you get the recast time not met message and no ...
