Frozen Wraithbringers Chestguard

So just got my Berserker ToV Chest and I wanted some input/wanted to suggest a change.

The clicky effect is a 24 second increase to my accuracy, not sure how beneficial this is but I also dont know what else it could be changed to.

My main issue is with the worn effect that increases the duration of Cleaving Anger.

Cleaving Angers increases my chance to land a crippling hit and in order to cripple you have to be under 30% health. I dont see the point of this effect and to be honest I didnt even know I had this discipline. Maybe change it to Blind Rage discipline?

Anyone else think it should be changed or have some input on this?

Warriors have a similiar disc, and in actuality it's *supposed* to make you cripple blow even if you're at 100% for the duration of the disc. However, on Emu that disc type is broken and it doesn't actually do anything. I think changing it to Blind Rage would be the best route to take unless there's a way to fix the crippling blow discs.

Gotcha.

Yeah, I went and tested it because I figured it would cause me to cripple at any health percentage but it didnt do anything.

I would like it if it were to work at any percentage but I dont know if that is something our devs here are able to fix/implement.

According to the spellfile it already affects Blind Rage (id 5041). Hm. Spell description wrong?

Can you test the recast or duration on Blind Rage while you wear the Chest and without it?

FYI, the effect on the Rogue 1.5 never lowered the reuse timer on duelist like it claimed ... I'm hoping it works for you, but honestly I don't expect it to for the same reasons as mine never did.

Well, not sure if it matters, but isnt this supposed to increase the duration not mess with the reuse?

You were prolly just making a point but just wanted to clarify.

The actual Armor is only a c/p of the former CoA Class Specific armor (well c/p is too much, lets say i used them as base templates)
however the spell clicks and focii are what they were on Live. I know some didnt work and Jeido helped making the effect
worth or worthwhile at least :)

We can change this if it doesnt work to something that does work at least.

p.s. people - keep this productive interaction up, its much more fun for everyone!
p.p.s i will start a thread with non-working ToV Clicks!
