Strange Metal Greaves & Vambraces - Focus Effects

Both of these pieces of armor from the same set have the focus effect of Dragon Health. I would like to see the focus effect on the greaves changed to Vindication of the Dragorn, a buff duration increasing focus which seems to be missing from any other piece in the Strange Metal set.
