Also you don't get your white weapon damage when deleveled without a donator weapon that is by design. But all of your weapon procs will still work properly.

If you just want to swap out weapons to get your white damage back:

1 to 50
1.0 Epic

50 to 70
Hammer of Slowing + Whatever else Req 50+

There is the on topic part for the original post. Forgot to add that you also can't activate item abilities above your level either.

EDIT: Yeah, I was just giving a general guideline, there are of course better weapons for 30 to 49 at least.
