One of the passive effects on the 1.5 is suppose to lower the re-use timer of the Innerflame Discipline, but it doesnt work on the Emu falcore said, so its just kinda a totally useless effect :p

This appears to be the case; as such I'd suggest the buff be changed to a slight increase in the duration of the discipline (if possible). Or just remove the effect, because it's useless and misleading for newer players.

Does this also apply to the similar effects on other epic weapons, then?

Recast reduction is being addressed for disciplines. Will review the necessity for other spells in the future.

I'll get this fix submitted in our code tomorrow. So, probably will go live Wednesday I'd assume. Tomorrow if my last day of teaching, so will do it when I get home. Kids gave me too big of a headache to do it now;p sorry!
