Brilliance of Might I and II

The ring off Vulak provides Brilliance of Might 2 from Tier 2 while the resplendent shoulders from T5 only provide Brilliance of Might 1. It seems that due to the 3 tiers of raid content separating these items the T5 one should have the higher level version of the spell.

Can this be changed?

I wondered about this at first too... being the shoulders T5, and the ring is T2. Then I realized that the ring is a rare drop from Vulak which happens to be a 48-hour spawn & tier boss, whereas the phoenix mini that drops it respawns every 4 hours and the shoulders drop every time (& an easier kill?).

So Tyler, is it really intended?

-edit- I suggested before that maybe Vulak drops can use a little stat boost (like an additional type1 aug) to be more in line with Sleeper drops (two type8s), but I guess that wasn't a good idea since I have zero experience in this matter lol, I'm no game designer.

All End boss loot should have 2 Type 8 slots. If the ring from Vulak is missing it, i will add it. Beside that, your reasoning is Spot on.

Edit: Just checked and i guess my statement should be rewritten to : Old end boss loot starting with Sleepers. Loot from Vulak is already pretty good so if if i was to add an additional type 8 slot, id have to nerf the items. Not good. Let's leave them where they are.

The effect of the 2 items are changed.

Hmm... time to find a new ring for my rogue and get these shoulders for all my dps toons LOL.
