Monk 2.0 Balance of the Tranquil

Balance of the Tranquil is not reducing the reuse time on Innerflame as it says. Have been watching it all day and everytime I use innerflame discipline the refresh is 22 minutes. Have tried re-equipping, have most up to date spell file also.

Worked fine before yesterdays maintenance btw.

Those spells or rather those focii never worked on EQEmu. Im pretty sure "you are seeing things".

Anyone one else can confirm if this indeed started to work sometime in the past? It definately didn't back then since i know i already responded like 5 times to a post like this.

Before Yesterday when I used Innerflame it was an 11 minute refresh, dont know about the past as Ive only had the 2.0 for about a week, not a big deal if it wasnt intended then so be it, but I thought it was intended as it was 11 minutes refresh before the maint (and no I am not seeing things as Im constantly checking my refresh on Disciplines I use during Raids)
