Brainiac's Eye - Sheild or what?
Got Brainiac's Eye on my pally the day unrest came up and I'm now realizing Bash does not work. My main chat keeps saying I do not have a shield equiped. So is Brainiac's Eye a shield or not? Figured it may be a bug.

Shield of the Morning Dew - is not recognized as a shield either.
