Lost items while zoning

while attempting to zone out of PoAir, my Marble's Home, with 3 Blue Marbles, and the Symbol of Strength all disappeared, i was a bit laggy at the time and am unsure of what happened. Any help and possible restoration would be greatly appreciated

Guys, we love you all and really trying to be as helpful as possible, but we just can't replace every lost item. We get insane amount of request and we just can't keep up with it anymore.

We'll replace items that you can't get again normally, e.g. non repeatable quest rewards, etc. As far as I know other servers don't reimburse at all.

I had sort of figured there would be little to nothing you could do, i do appreciate the response greatly though. Thing is i can not farm the Symbol of Strength by myself, i dont suppose theres any way at all that alone could be reimbursed? We (the guild Shattered) have so much fun and enjoy the new content so thoroughly that we very rarely make any attempts at the old content, making replacing the "boss" drop parts very difficult to come by, the 3 Blue Marbles i may be able to farm on my own or with limited help. Thanks again for your time i appreciate it.
