Daisy of Mana - Slot 4?

Just a note that Daisy of Mana is listing as slot 4 only, which seems odd for an augment with no proc, no focus, and no +dmg modifier. I did a search on the boards but did not see any posts about this (other than an update saying it could not be sold for ldon pts to vendors anymore).

Daisy of Mana, Banshee's Heart, and Reinforced Framework are all Slot 4 with no proc nor damage. As Bront said, it is necessary for non-physicals as they are just there for stats.
