Aged Shissar Focus Staff and others

the Aged Shissar Focus Staff along with many other pure caster items say Primary / secondary, but do not go into the secondary slot, Necro donor does not go into secondary slot, but says it can~!

I know there are a few other items like this for purecaster, atm their names elude me.

I know purecasters cant DW, so my guess is that these items have dmg delay on them and restrict them from going into the secondary slot?

Maybe add Ranged slot avalible to Aged Shissar Focus Staff to give it more use towards chars stats/gear. I am sure there are alot of people just carrying this thing around in bags for the clicky, adding ranged to it would give it more use as potential wearable gear

Some of those items really have no business having damage or delay on them and it does cause them to be restricted to only primary.
Potion belt on coth orb is eh. I wouldnt object but I have become to use to swapping clicky slot / clicky bag to use it.
Really would like to figure out why my potion belt no longer works for any of my characters.

Aged shissar staff will be secondary useable on next reboot.
