Tier 6 Ancient Thunder Focus Effect

The Ancient Thunder focus effect seems to be difficult to obtain. If you use Magelo these are the only items that have that particular focus:

Cliff Dwellers Staff (121092) - Final boss of The Ascent. Not particularly desirable due to 2-handed
Eye of Rallos Zek (121431) - Rallos Zek is arguably misclassified as tier 6
Fiery Diamond of Magic (121658) - Really only fits donor gear due to slot 2
Gauntlets of Vengeful Plague (122279) - Cant find where these come from (holiday event maybe?). Judging from the hit points it looks to be T7.
Stone of Thunder (121265) - Slot 10 so this is a ldon gear augment


My poor enchanter is still using an item with True Thunder (Xephyrus, Wand of flowing Order (T5 Xegony)) and I cant seem to find a suitable tier 6 replacement. I'd just forget about upgrading True Thunder with Ancient Thunder and go right to Dark Thunder but it is not available on the two T7 mobs I can kill (ZiThulli and the bridge keeper), RedFang is effectively barring me from further progress.

Any insight on where the Gauntlets of Vengeful Plague come from or if I'm just missing something?

Best bet will be the expert aug from radient crystals from SH/Ssra missions. Can customize the focus on one of those items the way you want then if you end up with a dark thunder can swap for another focus. That said, once you can get past Redfang, the first boss in dsk t2 has the dark thunder shield for casters.

If you upgrade the ldon armor via Sol Ro you have slot 2 on all pieces there

Gauntlets of Vengeful Plague are a Halloween instance drop.

After the next reboot, http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/items.php?id=12180 will have the Ancient Thunder focus effect and this item can drop from 3 different bosses in PoFear. Should fill the gap nicely.

I know at one point I've had that necklace on my enchanter but I deleted it some time ago. Time to go get another!
