Kiss of Life II Clicky Effect on Enigma of Power

So, this is an interesting effect. Click, cast time 1.5s, recast 10s, deals 500 dmg and heals you.
I'm not sure this is intentional (normally Kiss of Life is just a combat proc), but if it is, the range is 255. (one of the farthest ranged DD's in game if i'm not corrected).
