Only has 10, whereas the quested bane 1HB has 250 
I assume it was added to the axe just so it could hit RZ, the fella that drops the axe, but no one in their right mind would use it over the easier to get quested bane weapons 
It would be terribly satisfying to smack RZ over the head with his own axe!
