I reently got this item on Arokai - Shadowed Bracer of the Guard.
The item in game has a section right above augs that says: Skill Mod: INVALID SKILL +-1% This obviously doesn't appear when searching up the item, as in the link provided. Thought I'd post about it just in case something is missing.
