Silver/Gold Explorer's Badge missing combat eff

Not much else to be said other than what the title says. The difference between gleaming and silver is arguably a downgrade if you already have a source of overhaste. Every tier of badge up until silver has combat eff, even the lowly first. I don't know if this was an oversight or something but this is lacking consistency and doesn't make sense.

GM Mikuz designed the quest/item line. He was a big fan of making things more versatile vs. boring linear/spreadsheet itemization. I believe the logic behind this was to offer a super valuable overhaste vs. the 0.5% combat effect which was a huge deal back in those days and definitely and upgrade.

If you can give me an example of other overhase cliky that can be obtainable easier at the same difficulty tier than the badge, I'll be convinced to boost them with combat effects.

Can be obtained solo (with a bot) and well before 70. 3% difference in haste sure, but if we're talking purely gleaming vs silver here, then the lengths you have to go to in order to obtain silver then it is certainly not worth it. The silver badge is a 70 group quest that requires you to fight multiple waves of 70 bosses + multiple adds, the toughest of which has you fighting at least a dozen mobs at the same time. One of my toons almost died in this fight in a raid of 12 decked out in chardok/tipt, t8 spells and nearly everything else worth obtaining before chardok. I would imagine a group of 6 70's with the bare essentials would potentially get wiped here, but I digress. I mentioned it because it didn't seem right to me based off my experience on the server thus far.

Sorry to say but 3% extra overhaste is definitely an upgrade. Overhaste is really precious and hard to come by, this is why I said it's a totally fair trade and decent upgrade to 0,5 % combat effect.
