Hey Tyler, I was just wondering if the recast has been taken off spiritstaff yet? As of now it still has a recast timer.

Oh sorry - stupid me. I just removed it from the spellfile but forgot to remove it from the item where it counds 
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
