As a pulling tool; if used as Falcore says why wouldn't I just Feign the mob off if it's bugged? Using a 100% Mem Blur is just gonna reaggro it back onto me if it's bugged into the wall/floor like ToV is notorious for unless I'm far enough ahead of course. Again; 10 minute reuse on it?

I'm just trying to better understand how to use it to make myself possibly more useful.

No need to change this beside lower recast maybe.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

I'm just failing to see why monks need 100% mem blur that's used for pulling when we have Feign.. Seems like giving Rogue's a clicky invis when they have SoS..

Check the monk forum on why this feature is useful. It has been explained a lot of times already.

The recast is lowered to 120 secs next reload.
