In all honesty the orb of the crimson bull having a recast time at all is odd and superfluous.
The casting time matches the recast time.

But that was also changed and the Ring for the XXX have their own recast timers (check sticky in this subforum).

Actually i was referencing webtools/itemss.php?id=9663.

Looks like my original post was made a day after the changes.
