Amulet of the Djinn Lords

I had recently casted this buff on each of my characters. Five minutes later I looked back at my buff bar to check the buff duration time on this buff and it was gone. I checked all my characters, the buff was gone. This item was working as intended 2-3 days ago, maybe its the horrendous lag in HoH lately, just an FYI. And no the buff was not pushed off my buff bar by a debuff.
