re item: loop of entropic order

This item casts primal guard, but it says that it increases v3 haste (works fine it seems) and hp regen by 0.

it probably is a mistake that it increases hp regen by 0. also it actually does not appear to increase hp regen.

but it seems like it should.

HP regen was removed for better v3 haste stacking, it was a player request.

ok thanks. i guess you cannot edit the file to just totally remove the part on hp regen?
