Im wearing this item, but in myfocus it does not show that it provides its focus of 20% savings on level 70 beneficial spells. i noticed it when i got a 15% bonus of the same and it shows up fine.

the focus effect is: avariciousness of the ikaav.

same case appears to be for the chain of the void, as i noticed on the shaman.
