Did you have this item on a bot? Since when do you experience the issue? Did you use and rd party to equip/click the item?

I guess you bought the chinese version of this item online, it looks fine at first , but you only have 1 charge on it

Just equipped it on my cleric, was never on a bot. I think I equipped it 3 days ago. And no 3rd party program.
