I was goofing off with a new alt in Crushbone and I dont rememeber this cloak being so good:
webtools/items.php?id=7919Thats a lot of hit points and mana for a level 1 obtainable item

Bwahahahahaha. I'm guessing it got caught up in the update to Umbral plains cause clone shows it dropping from Rumblecrush too.
