Hoop of Command: Echo of Anger

This was raised a year ago here:

I'm posting this again as some of the issues in that post were fixed however:

Dark Indicolite Twin-Buckled Girdle
Dark Umbral Plate Faceguard

Both have echo of anger VIII.

Hoop of Command

The Hoop of Command is the Paladin's class item in DSK but still doesn't have the worn effect on it. As it doesn't make sense the Paladin is the only class of the three tanks to not get the effect in DSK, it may be an oversight. Can this be updated, please?
