The stun clicky on these legs has a cast time of 2.0. The actual spell as casted from spells gems has a cast time of 1.0. Using the legs actually slows down my hate generation due to the higher cast time, and it locks out the gem version of the spell. Needless to say, the optimal stun rotation does not include these legs as a paladin has several quick-cast stuns available. Stun is only useful for hate generation on this server.

Would it be possible to bring the click effect in line with the spell by reducing the cast time to 1.0 or to change the effect to something else?

Yup and since the Leggings should be something you actually want since it makes you stronger, cast time is to 0.5 secs.

Would it be possible to remove the must equip tag for the effect on these legs? I have ST legs currently and it isn't unlikely that I would obtain PoF legs, but would have to actually tank in ToV legs despite my progression as it is now. (Chain stuns too vital for my hate generation).

Thanks for the speedy response and the updated hate from the stun. Preliminary testing looks good!

P.S. Paladin ToV boots have +kick mod on them. Not sure what you would replace it with other than +bash. I don't use them anymore and never noticed this when I did.

Seems no one kicks anymore these days!
