Tier 8 Beserker Breastplate

Hello, I just recently got the fully evolved beserker breasplate - Demerca's Chainmail Tunic - and according to the clicky description for Flight of Fury it should increase Frenzy Damage by 85%. However, it doesn't actually seem to do anything, my frenzies are doing exactly the same damage with the buff.
The buff is definitely there in my song window. Anyone else noticed this?
