Shimmering Cloak of Power

Not sure yet if this happens every time or not. Got a Raging Servant Fire to spawn on trash in Vex Thal and the mob died before the pet attacked him. Now the pet is just sitting there. Assume he will stay there till the zone expires. Guessing they should despawn?
I can also target the pet.

There are a couple of issues with this item that I think should be reported.
First the pets are targetable as a mob. Guessing they should be similar to the swarm pets and other pets?
Second if the mob that spawns them dies before the pet can start attacking then they just stay in zone until that mage zones out/camps etc. I was running around in HoH the other day killing trash and left 4-5 of these all over the zone.

Had something new happen today in Vex Thal. Raging pet spawned and somehow the Sham got its attention. He then followed the sham around trying to attack him.
Since these pets can be targeted I normally move away from them when they remain up since they just get in the way with the mobs in VT. However could not do it this time since the pet followed. Decided to camp the sham so I could lose the pet and I think it crashed the zone as all my toons disconnected.
