Bard T8 Evolving BP: Rizlona's Sacred Breastplate
It seems the focus effect is that it reduces the reuse time on Minstrel's Gift, but since it was changed a while back to be a very short cooldown, with a moderately high upkeep value, it seems this focus effect is now worthless. Maybe change it to affect the Thousand Blades timer instead, or increase crippling blow chance on minstrels gift by +2% or something?
