yeah, we already talked about it few months ago : viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11387 but hasn't been fixed yet, but I hope it will, since it's a very cool effect.
I vote for Noren to fix it since he is the one who brought it up first

Thanks for the post. Yes, this is on the to-fix list. I'm fairly certain it is an issue with a per tic type buff being used as worn effect, but it hasn't gotten the time to be investigated just yet.

Will post back when I know more/fix it. Thanks guys.
