Comparing with the new augments "gem of the immortal....", there is a difference between those augments in AC, in HP/mana/end, in heroic stats, etc...

Is it normal ? I mean, there is a difference of price between the leaf and the gem, so maybe it's intended

Yes, it's intended. The new augs are lore, that's also a big difference.
