Greaves of the Forsaken

I just saw this yesterday evening while checking my toons' magelo.
Greaves of the Forsaken is for BER, BST, ROG, BRD, MNK, RNG, so basically melee DPS.
The skill mod on it is Dual Wield +35% but BER isn't using this skill at all. I don't ask for a complete change of this item, but is it possible to add something for the Berserker class too ? please ?
