The Hidden Forest

I recently got the chaos bracers that summon a familiar which provides a wonderful buff. Now I know i can just pet be gone the guy and keep the buff, but i like him, plus he gets summoned often.
Here's the problem, I will summon my healing automation, and tell him not to heal pets. My raid aura will go off, increasing the HP of the little familiar and the automaton will proceed to heal him....I need that heal!

Anyone else encounter this with familiars and healing autos?

Well im trying to duplicate this now in a controlled environment and i can't /shrug

Ok, so I wasn't crazy after all (well just a little) but he did it again. I got a screen shot of it this time. I think its when the familiar is summoned a 2nd time but I was trying that in guild hall and couldn't get him to do it, but he did it during chaos just now.
