Ice Crystal Wristguard

The recast delay on the Ice Crystal Wristguard seems to be still 2 minutes. Wasn't it supposed to be reduced to 1 minute? Thanks
EDIT: Forgot to add I am on UF client

That's right. Thanks for the reminder. Will be fixed with next reboot. Fire Crystal Wristguard too.
