Orb of the Crimson Bull is not working

Orb of the Crimson Bull seems to not be working on my character Gorrvek. Looted it today and first time I tried to use it, it simply said "spell recast time not met" and still is not working.

Type 8 recast time. It is shared by a few other commonly-found items, so you must have clicked another item with Type 8 recast and locked out both items. Perhaps an item from Icewell? There are 75 other items (not all are active in-game) that share the Type 8 recast timer.

most common issues is Ring of the Clawed Guardian, but i notice you also have Molten Ice, and that will lock it out for 24hours.

Most folks now avoid looting this on tank classes since it conflict with the ST def disc ring, however thats only 1 hour. Using one of the icewell items locks you out for a whole day.
