Mage donor bp request

This bp has a worn affect that increases spell damage by 10% and according to the donor bp post increases twin cast by 8% (I cant decipher alla clone so i'll have to take your word for it). Elemental Harmony is not the buff that is on my character, it's called Elemental Prayer.

Anyway, is there a way to make this a true worn affect? For whatever reason it is a auto refreshing buff that only lasts 1 minute and 12 seconds. It's a lot of spam. Your character has a casting animation every minute, there is an audio component to it, it takes up a buff slot, and its spam in the chat window. It's probably contributes to network lag too

The short-duration Elemental Prayer buff you're seeing is cast by, and is a benefit of, the donor pet itself.

Try suspending your pet, and you'll see the buff go away until the pet is brought back. The pet recasts it frequently to keep you buffed.

The great part is that this is in addition to the (worn) effect from the robe. Essentially you're getting the buff twice, so 20% v3 spell dmg and 16% twin cast.

Maybe I'm too tired to think clearly. Is there a reason for this pet buff, why not just double the worn affect on the robe? The 60 sec duration is pretty spammy.

Upping the duration to make it less spammy would be nice, and while you're in there, the cast on you message is a direct copy of the necro one Your body convulses with the power of death/'s body convulses with the power of death - maybe power of the elements or power of the elemental would make it more Mage-y.

Alright, same changes to the necro pet buff duration if no objection.

Is there a reason to not just dump the pets buff altogether and account for it in the worn affect of the robe? Other than I guess the pet gets the buff too but I'm not sure I care about quarms nuking abilities.

One less buff to take up a buff slot and less complicated code...
