VT Worn2 Melee Items

I've been testing the two VT worn2 melee items a bit and I don't think they are working. I'm referring to the Lucid Ring of the Crimson Bull http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/items.php?id=122526 and the Lucid Vambraces of Aphen http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/items.php?id=122714

In testing these items with my rogue Neostab, I haven't noticed any difference in damage with any combination of wearing them or not. Completely unbuffed, my backstabs hit the Vlar test dummy for a max of 43,792 or 87,584 crit. These numbers are exactly the same whether I'm wearing the ring and arms or not.

I've tried wearing only the ring or only the arms and the results are always the same. Also, I've run some dps tests and can't tell any difference between wearing the items or not... granted the test results can vary significantly due to the nature of rogue backstab damage.

I'm not sure if these have been looked at yet. Maybe it's a similar situation to the recent Faerune changes? I know we fixed some issues with the worn2 pet damage items recently.
