Dark Moonstone Mind Scepter (worn effect)

The worn effect Aged Power on Dark Moonstone Mind Scepter isn't working. #mystats shows no change in overhaste with or without this item equiped. Item haste also does not change.

Do you have another overhaste currently on (buff, song or otherwise) with a higher value than aged power? Bard overhaste song will stack with aged power, but the effects are not additive. Only the highest value will be used.

No. #mystats is showing 0 with or without it equipped
