Haven't seen any posts about if this has been addressed or not. I figure it's a lower priority but curious nonetheless.

If you use the search box just above to the left for "flask of luck" there's a few topics on it not working and the last thing I'm reading on these topics is to bank it still until fixed.

I'll have to wait 7 months to test =\ Hate missing halloween, especially this last halloween! SO many nice items, and looked like a lot of fun reading about it after the fact!

I feel your pain Rude, I was on the road for work for 6 months and it was during all of the end year events.
I won't miss it next year lol and if were lucky it'll be 100% by then hehe
